Bobbie Wilcox writes "All practitioners of Earth religions, Wicca, Shamanism, Druidry etc, are encouraged to wear a purple ribbon as a way of promoting religious tolerance and to potentially raise awareness. On Sept. 21st & 22nd all Witches are asked to wear a purple ribbon so everyone will know Who else is a witch/wiccan/pagan/... . But no one can do this if they don't know about it, so pass the word along! This message goes to all Witches, Wiccans, Pagans from all sorts of traditions. We can make a day for Ourselves!! Four Thieves Vinegar
|
|
|
Four thieves vinegar can be used as a powerful magikal and antiseptic agent. The name of this concoction comes from the story of its origin. During the dark ages the black plague decimated much of the population of Europe. Some unscrupulous people took advantage of the death and sorrow surrounding them. Four robbers were caught strangling the victims of the plague then looting their houses. During their trial the judges were astonished by the thieves ability to avoid becoming infected by the plague. The thieves divulged their recipe for the antiseptic formula that helped prevent their contraction of the disease. After the trial, the thieves were hanged for their crimes.
